Best Cleaning Services in Arvada | Roochii Cleaning

I had a wonderful experience with Roochii. I booked a different cleaning service and they canceled two days before my booking. Roochii was able to do the job in a short 48 hour notice. I had two cleaners come to my new home for a move-in clean, and they did a wonderful job prepping the space for us. They were very professional and left thoughtful touches. Highly recommend!

I've now spoken with one of the managers, Stephanie, who admitted that I was not in violation of their agreement. In fact, the section they were claiming I violated, they themselves violated by not completing the job. She admitted they should have completed the job or called me to tell me that they were delayed due to the carpet cleaner. They did not call to notify it would take more time and instead claimed they finished the job and left it undone. The company is unwilling to do anything other than take 10% off the price even after admitting they didn't complete the job, they were wrong not to call to see if I was ok with them being there longer that day than estimated, and admitting that they were wrong to accuse me of a violation of their service agreement publicly and privately.

The cleaners who came did a fantastic job--the original estimate was for a two-person crew, five hours, and an estimate of $350-450. They sent three people and took five hours, so it ended up costing $538. I was very happy with the job they did and their professional manner, but just would like a better estimate to plan on.

Roochi cleaning is awesome! They went absolutely above and beyond cleaning my home. I chose the standard cleaning with an oven cleaning add on. I was blown away with what Roochi considers a standard cleaning. They cleaned things I was not expecting like my fireplace (stone), dog beds, plunger and toilet bowl cleaner housing unit, and bathroom ceiling and vent van. My wife walked in after they were done and said it was immaculate. They were on time, worked efficiently, and were very friendly and considerate. I will definitely be using Roochi again and highly recommend using them.

Roochii Cleaning. They did a 'move in' in my place. Did the Windows, shampooed the carpet; the whole shabang! Now it sparkles!
