Roochii an okay job, but not the the deep cleaning level I had scheduled. They didn't charge me as much as the deep cleaning service was estimated, which I appreciated. I don't know if there was a miscommunication or staff was just pinched for time. They offered to come back for touch up cleaning in spots they missed, but it was too much trouble to get dogs a sitter so I said don't bother. I wasn't thrilled having to clean after paying a company to clean my home.

We contacted Roochii to perform a deep clean of our home prior to listing for sale. Upfront communications were good, but service fell apart from there. First, the deep clean lasted only two hours and did not go beyond the standard bi-weekly clean we normally get from another service. To make matters worse, the counter still had dust/dirt, one of the toilets still had a ring in it, they didn't clean light fixtures or fans, etc. While they did give me an opportunity to review their work, I was busy at the time (and with cleaning, it's usually what you see long after the fact). Anyway, I contacted Roochii to inform them of the problem the day after the cleaning, and I have not received any follow-up.

I needed cleaning for my condo and was very happy with Roochii's services. First, they were very prompt with their communication and scheduling a cleaning. One suggestion, however, was that the date and time was set by Roochii - I didn't seem to have an opportunity to discuss this, but it was my first time using this service, so maybe the next time, they will ask me when it would work for me. The cleaning team arrived late, but they did contact me, so I could rearrange my schedule (although I had already left a luncheon early so that I could be home at the scheduled time). The team did a very good job with the cleaning and I do plan to use them again.

They showed up right on time and I was able to book them just 2 days before. I was running behind and still moving things out of some rooms and they were totally accommodating. Hire this company to do a one time cleaning for my daughter's home. My daughter has two dogs and two cats and I'm sure fur and dust was abundant. They did a great job in a minimal amount of time. We were very pleased!

Ohhhh, customers, beware. This businesses response to my review was is made up of lies in order to cover themselves. These people have shady business practices. BTW Roochii, I wasn't hovering, I left the crew alone completely, until they asked me to make sure everything looked ok. It was at that point I pointed out everything I saw that they missed. And it was A LOT! Again, 12 HOURS of man time for a meh job. Train your people better, improve your standards, and stop relying on false and misleading advertising and quoting a practices to CYA. Oh, and attached is the photo of your 25% off carpet cleaning promo. Roochi seemed like a good bet with positive reviews and prompt and thorough communication initially. However, when it came to the actual cleaning services and follow through, it was terrible. I ordered and paid for a deep cleaning of my home. The company gave me an estimate including number of cleaners to expect (3). The cleaners showed up right on time but there were 4 instead of 3. After they started cleaning for a 1/2 hour I received a text from the company saying that they were going to charge me more because of the extra cleaner and condition of the house. Note they sent an extra cleaner before they even saw the house. Also my house is not in any special condition, but on the cleaner side of normal. The website lists all the services to except for a deep cleaning and what level of clean to expect including words like exfoliate and wash. This didn't happen. The ceiling fans were untouched, spots on upholstery untouched, picture frames left undusted, tv screen not cleaned, food splatter marks on kitchen backsplash, even the kitchen table had my son's breakfast smudge marks still on it from that morning. It was laughable this was called a deep clean. It took the crew of 4 an extra hour to get all of the items I found before they left. It took them a total of TWELVE man hours to do a terrible job! I had also purchased a carpet cleaning through this company because they had a promotion. They did not give me the promo price and I had to call them and have that fixed, which took a couple of days. Oh and 1 star now for the outright lies in a I would never recommend this company.

Update: Post Your Invoice ??? Kindly showcase all the discounts and how you were only charged for 2 cleaners. If Yelp allowed business to post pics as rebuttals we would. Moreover, we have a recorded call of the cleaners calling multiple times complaining that you were in fact harassing them. After carefully reviewing your invoice, we confirmed that we only charged you for 2 cleaners, not 3. Additionally, while the 20% discount was originally meant for the Deep Cleaning service, we went above and beyond by applying the discount to your Carpet Steam Cleaning as well. Since both promotions are not applicable concurrent. This, along with only charging for 2 cleaners, was done to ensure your satisfaction and exceed customer expectations. At our company, we’re committed to not just meeting but surpassing the needs of our clients, and this is just one example of how we go the extra mile to keep our customers happy. Regarding the cleaning: Imagine a master artist at work—when given the freedom to create without interruptions, the result is a masterpiece that reflects true talent and skill. The same principle applies to our cleaning services. When our team is allowed the time and space to work without constant distractions, asking how long its going to take, and pressuring and rushing them, they can deliver the exceptional quality we’re known for in the many good reviews that you’ve cited. We also understand the importance of efficiency, but sending a 3rd cleaner does not increase your cost, it actually decreases your cost. Imagine you have a job that would normally take two cleaners 6 hours to finish. That means the total time spent by the cleaners would be 12 hours (2 cleaners x 6 hours each). Now, if we add a third cleaner, the work gets done faster. Instead of 6 hours, it might only take 4 hours to finish. So, with three cleaners, the total time spent would still be 12 hours (3 cleaners x 4 hours each). Here’s how it looks: - **With 2 cleaners for 6 hours each:** Total = 12 hour - **With 3 cleaners for 4 hours each:** Total = 12 hours In both scenarios, the amount of work done is the same, and so is the total time spent. Adding the third cleaner doesn’t increase your cost; it just allows the job to be completed more quickly. So, by sending an extra cleaner, we’re actually making sure the job is done faster thus saving you and our clients their valuable time without adding to your overall costs. Moreover, while we regret that a few areas were missed during your service, it’s important to note that this does not reflect the entirety of our efforts. Our team diligently cleaned over 100 sections of your home with the care and attention to detail we aim to provide. Missing a few items doesn’t mean the rest of the job was neglected. For the best results, we encourage giving our team the room they need to perform at their highest level. We’re confident that, under the right circumstances, we can deliver an outstanding service that exceeds your expectations. The ladies from Roochii Cleaning were very nice, they listened well and understood what was necessary to accommodate the owner of the apartment that was ill. They did a great job in an apartment that was in need of a deep cleaning. I had one request for a small area that I thought was missed, but they deliberately as they did not want to do more damage to a broken blind. I gave them permission and they immediately took care of it. I will definitely hire them again.

I was shocked at how good my house looked when I came back home. Perfect! We have two very sheddy dogs and we work from home all week. We reached out to Roochii because we found it almost impossible to find a cleaning service on weekends. My Roochii cleaners did a fantastic job today! Excellent quality cleaning attention to detail, and followed my instructions exactly. The company was also very responsive to my requests and changes via Yelp. ONLINE PORTAL & SCHEDULING This was also the easiest cleaning company to receive quotes and schedule visits, as it's all online! You fill out an online form to request a quote then they add the quote to their online portal for you to either request changes or approve. I did request one service be removed from my first quote but they got a new one to me right away then i was able to approve and confirm my appointment. All of this happened within 3-4 business days from the time I first contacted them to when i had cleaners at my house. SUGGESTION One possible improvement would be to show all previous quotes/requests in their online portal versus only the most recent; not sure if they have control over that though, considering they're using a third party service for their portal. PRICING & SERVICE The level of their work was about on par with the last 'deep clean' service i scheduled with another company, but about half the price. I'm planning to set up monthly service with them to bring down my stress level at a time when work is consuming my life - how pleasant to come home to a perfectly clean home! Their quote process is also pretty painless which is a huge win for busy working professionals. SUGGESTION Something I'd appreciate down the road is more details / fields on their online quote form, which is a bit over simplified. It didn't really break down what exactly was included in a normal clean vs deep clean. They didn't have a lot of options for add-ons other than upholstery and window cleaning. However I messaged them to ensure the inside of my oven would be covered then they added it to my order and it looks fantastic.

Angely and Kayla did an incredible job! I was able to schedule a deep clean at 8am on a Friday morning two weeks out and it did not disappoint. My baseboards and open air shelving have never looked this good. They even changed the sheets for me and got to areas I never anticipated they would.
