Very stunned as to how well this experience was going to turn out. I'm a single dad and have been having issues keeping a clean house and Yanel and Fatima came in clutch. House was a complete mess before and now it feels like you can actually breathe in my home. We used Roochii for a spring cleaning the just happened to coincide with my wife returning after a two week trip. They were able to work with me to get a time that worked with my schedule, though be prepared to confirm the date and time quickly. The two cleaners arrived on time and were very professional. They got right to work without much direction as I was stuck on a call for the first 30 minutes. I was honesty impressed with how much they were able to get done in the allotted time. I needed cleaning for my condo and was very happy with Roochii's services. First, they were very prompt with their communication and scheduling a cleaning. One suggestion, however, was that the date and time was set by Roochii - I didn't seem to have an opportunity to discuss this, but it was my first time using this service, so maybe the next time, they will ask me when it would work for me. The cleaning team arrived late, but they did contact me, so I could rearrange my schedule (although I had already left a luncheon early so that I could be home at the scheduled time). The team did a very good job with the cleaning and I do plan to use them again.

They did a great job in an apartment that was in need of a deep cleaning. Roochii an okay job, but not the the deep cleaning level I had scheduled. They didn't charge me as much as the deep cleaning service was estimated, which I appreciated. I don't know if there was a miscommunication or staff was just pinched for time. They offered to come back for touch up cleaning in spots they missed, but it was too much trouble to get dogs a sitter so I said don't bother. I wasn't thrilled having to clean after paying a company to clean my home.

We contacted Roochii to perform a deep clean of our home prior to listing for sale. Upfront communications were good, but service fell apart from there. First, the deep clean lasted only two hours and did not go beyond the standard bi-weekly clean we normally get from another service. To make matters worse, the counter still had dust/dirt, one of the toilets still had a ring in it, they didn't clean light fixtures or fans, etc. While they did give me an opportunity to review their work, I was busy at the time (and with cleaning, it's usually what you see long after the fact). Anyway, I contacted Roochii to inform them of the problem the day after the cleaning, and I have not received any follow-up.

I was shocked at how good my house looked when I came back home. Perfect! We have two very sheddy dogs and we work from home all week. We reached out to Roochii because we found it almost impossible to find a cleaning service on weekends. One of our dogs is very afraid of people and would just bark in fear if we had cleaners come while we were home. So, we can't have cleaning during the work week.
