Terms of Service for Roochii Cleaning LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of roochiicleaning.com (the “Website”) and any services provided by Roochii Cleaning LLC (“Roochii Cleaning,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).   1. Quotes, Estimates, and Scope of Work

Cleaning services are performed according to the scope agreed in writing (quote, invoice description, checklist, and/or service agreement).

    If you choose to move forward, we will provide an official service agreement/contract. Services are scheduled and performed only according to the terms in that signed agreement and these Terms. If there is a conflict between the signed service agreement and these Terms, the signed service agreement controls for that specific job.

    To perform services, you agree to provide safe and timely access to the premises at the scheduled time, including:

  • entry instructions (lockbox, door code, key, doorman access, etc.)

  • pets secured as needed for safety

  • a safe working environment free from hazards (biohazards, aggressive animals, unsafe floors, active construction areas, etc.)

We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, if access is not available, or if the environment presents health/safety risks.

  1. Payments, Billing, and Fees
    Payment terms (timing, method, deposits, and any fees) are described in your quote and/or signed service agreement.

  • If services are billed hourly, the quoted amount may be an estimate based on an average.

  • If services are flat-rate, the rate applies only to the agreed scope.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set in your signed service agreement/contract. If your contract does not specify, we may apply a reasonable cancellation/rescheduling fee for late changes or no-access situations.

  2. Satisfaction, Quality Concerns, and Claims Window
    If you have a concern about service quality or a potential issue, you must notify us within the timeframe stated in your signed service agreement.
    If your agreement does not specify a timeframe, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. After that window, we may be unable to investigate or resolve issues because conditions may have changed.

  3. Damage, Wear-and-Tear Items, and Pre-Existing Conditions
    We take care to work responsibly and train our team, but cleaning involves contact with surfaces and items that may be fragile, worn, or improperly installed.

You agree to inform us in advance about:

  • delicate, unstable, or high-value items

  • surfaces with special care requirements

  • areas/items you do not want touched

We are not responsible for normal wear-and-tear or pre-existing damage. If something is damaged and you report it within the claim window, we will review and determine a reasonable resolution consistent with your agreement (for example, repair or replacement where appropriate).

    You agree that information you provide is accurate (address, contact details, scope details, and special instructions). You agree to:

  • secure valuables, cash, and sensitive documents

  • provide clear instructions for alarms, locks, and access

  • disclose known hazards, pests, or unsafe conditions

    The Website and its content are owned by Roochii Cleaning LLC or licensed to us. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with site operations.
